Introduction
Hitomi Broadcast, a market leader in audio/video alignment and latency solutions, had showcased its expanded MatchBox Platform at IBC 2025, which concluded yesterday.
IBC (International Broadcasting Convention) is one of the world’s most important events in the media, entertainment, and technology industry, held annually in Amsterdam and gathering top professionals from across the sector.
As part of this technological evolution, Unimedia Technology is developing a new software solution that enables users to visualise Hitomi’s technical data in a clear, precise, and fully customisable way, tailored to specific workflows and environments.
A solution designed for professional audiovisual production environments
The MatchBox platform will make it easier to analyse key data such as end-to-end latency, AV sync, and other core metrics through an intuitive interface designed specifically for professionals.
Currently under development, the system will integrate with Hitomi’s MatchBox platform and will enhance the user experience for broadcast operators, live event technicians, and remote production teams.
