Intro call
Thirty minutes on what you want next and how we actually work. Ask us anything you need to know.
Technical conversation
With engineers, about real problems, including ones we haven't solved cleanly. Not a whiteboard algorithm quiz.
Offer
Clear terms, quickly. We won't leave you waiting a fortnight on a decision we've already made.
Common questions
What candidates ask us
Is the role remote?
We're based in the Mediterranean Technology Park in Castelldefels and the team works together regularly, so this isn't a fully remote position. Talk to us about the arrangement you need; it is a conversation, not a fixed policy.
Do you hire junior engineers?
Rarely. Client work is staffed with senior engineers, which is a commitment we make to clients and keep. When we do bring someone in earlier in their career it is a deliberate investment with structured mentoring, not a billable seat.
Will I work on one project or many?
Usually one primary engagement at a time, for long enough to understand the domain properly. Context-switching across several clients a week produces worse software, and it burns people out.
What's the tech stack?
Go, TypeScript, Python, C# .NET, React, React Native, and a lot of AWS. See our technologies page for the full list. You won't be asked to maintain something exotic that nobody else understands.
Do I need Spanish or Catalan?
Not for the engineering work: much of it is in English with international clients. Spanish or Catalan helps socially and with some local clients, and nobody will hold a lack of it against you.
