Offshore rates are lower per hour, and the saving is often consumed by coordination cost: a question asked at 5pm is answered the following day, so a two-day task becomes a week.
We are in CET. Our hours overlap fully with the rest of Europe and cover the US East Coast morning, so questions get answered inside the same working day and pairing on a hard problem happens in real time.
You also get EU contracts, EU data residency, and a short flight if you want the team in a room, which a couple of times a project is worth more than any process.

What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, but you will not be guessing. After the free consultation we produce a written scope and architecture with a cost attached, and that document is yours whether or not you go ahead.
Most clients work time-and-materials with a capped sprint budget, because it lets them change priorities without renegotiating. Fixed price is available where the scope genuinely is fixed.
How quickly can you start?
Faster than a hiring process. We staff from an existing senior team rather than recruiting against your brief, so getting started is a question of access and context rather than months of search.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do, from the first commit. Work happens in your repository and your cloud account wherever possible, so there is never a point where your product sits inside our infrastructure and is awkward to retrieve.
Where is your team, and where does our data live?
The team is EU-based, near Barcelona, working in CET. Infrastructure defaults to EU regions, and we hold certification of conformity with the Spanish National Security Framework (ENS) at Medium category under RD 311/2022.
What happens after launch?
The people who built it stay reachable. You can keep a team on for iteration and support, or take it in-house. The documentation and tests exist from the start specifically to make the second option painless.
Do you ever tell clients not to build something?
Regularly. A system you did not need is the most expensive thing we could sell you, and it comes back to us as a maintenance burden and an unhappy reference. Sometimes the right answer is configuring a product you already pay for.
