Bus, Coach & Limo Tour Operators
Your fleet does not fit in a spreadsheet
Passenger transport runs on tight margins, complex logistics and relentless schedules, and most operators still run it on spreadsheets, phone calls and disconnected tools. So we built the platform instead: Transitour quotes, schedules, dispatches and invoices every vehicle you own, on one system.

What it does
The short version
Enough to recognise whether it fits your operation. The full platform tour, the workflow walkthrough and current pricing are on transitour.es.
Every class on one platform
Coach, bus, limousine and taxi or MPV: 49-seat tour work and a four-passenger airport run on the same system, with rules appropriate to each. Mixed fleets are the normal case, not the edge case.
One record from quote to invoice
The quote becomes the booking, the booking becomes the allocation, the completed job becomes the invoice. Nothing is re-typed, so nothing diverges. The price the customer accepted is the price that was quoted.
Compliance that blocks the vehicle
ITV, insurance, tachograph calibration and service intervals tracked per vehicle, with reminders before expiry. A vehicle whose documents have lapsed becomes unavailable to dispatch rather than staying bookable behind a warning nobody reads.
API-first, hosted in the EU
Documented REST endpoints and a webhook on every state change, so it fits the tools you already run. Multi-tenant and hosted entirely in the EU, with your data isolated and pinned to a region.
Rate cards and time bands, multi-stop routing, role-based access, the driver app, reporting: the rest is on transitour.es, where it is kept current.
Who builds it
Built by a software firm, not a side project
Transitour is designed, developed and supported by Unimedia Technology, the same Barcelona team that builds enterprise SaaS platforms for clients, applying the same engineering practices to our own product. That is why it is API-first and multi-tenant from day one rather than after the first customer asked.
It was shaped with operators rather than at them: dispatch workflows, pricing structures and compliance requirements came out of sitting with the people doing the work. That is a claim you can test cheaply, because the trial is free and takes no card.
If your fleet needs something the platform does not do yet, whether that is an integration with the booking channel you sell through, a migration off a system nobody supports any more or a workflow genuinely specific to your operation, that is our day job, and the same team does it.

Common questions
What operators ask first
How long does it take to get running?
Most operators dispatch their first trip within minutes of signing up. A full migration typically takes a single weekend: Transitour imports rate cards, vehicles, drivers and recurring schedules, so there is no period of running both systems and typing everything twice.
What does it cost?
Current pricing is on the Transitour pricing page, which is the one place it is kept up to date. Every plan includes unlimited users, vehicles and drivers, and the same 7-day free trial with no credit card, so you can be running on it before the question of budget comes up.
Where is our data held?
Entirely in the European Union, GDPR-compliant, with each operator's data isolated and pinned to a region. Custom data residency is available on the enterprise plan.
What if we need something it does not do?
Tell us. Unimedia builds the platform and also builds custom software for a living, so a genuinely operator-specific workflow or integration is a conversation rather than a feature request into a void. Where it is broadly useful, it becomes part of the product.
