You get a reply
From a person, usually within one business day, asking whatever we need to understand the problem properly.
A call with an engineer
Thirty to sixty minutes on your goal, your constraints and your existing systems. No cost and no obligation.
A written scope
What would be built, on what, and what it would cost. That document is yours whether or not you hire us.
You decide
Go ahead, take the plan elsewhere, or do nothing. All three are legitimate outcomes, and we will not follow up repeatedly.

What should I include in a first message?
What you're trying to achieve, any hard constraints (deadline, budget, existing stack), and what you've already tried. Budget especially: it shapes an honest answer more than anything else, and withholding it usually costs both of us a round of conversation.
Will I be talking to a salesperson?
No. The first technical call is with a senior engineer. If we're not the right fit we'd rather establish that in one call than in four.
Do you work with clients outside Spain?
Most of our clients are outside Spain, across Europe, the UK and North America. We work in English, Spanish and Catalan, and our hours overlap fully with European time zones and the US East Coast morning.
Can we meet in person?
Gladly. We're in the Mediterranean Technology Park in Castelldefels, just outside Barcelona, and coffee is on us. We also travel to clients when a project warrants it.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, including the written scope that follows it. It's the most efficient way for both sides to find out whether there's a project here. If you take the plan to a cheaper builder, that's a legitimate outcome.
